Il Conte extra virgin olive oil is produced with olives of the Leccino variety, frantoio and olive tenera ascolana exclusively from its own company.
The olives are harvested when perfectly ripe then pressed with the traditional cold extraction system according to an ancient Marche custom, the oil thus obtained, by natural fall and without further treatments, retains all the genuineness, fragrance and fruity flavor of the freshly picked olive, keeping the organoleptic characteristics and excellent dietary properties unaltered.
