Winemaker Notes

Pearlstone hails from the unique terroir of Rhebokskloof, composed of old, decomposed granite soils from the hills surrounding the estate and cool sea breezes that positively influence the grapes. The slightly floral nose of Pearlstone Chenin Blanc from South Africa's coastal region reveals a blend of orchard fruit and melon notes. A vibrant, tropical fruit character is followed by hints of apricot on the finish. Great as an aperitif or accompanied by salads, fish, and poultry dishes.
